Do you sell parts and accessories for the products you carry?

Yes. We can't possibly list all of the parts & accessories for our products online.  Please call the Parts Department at 888-292-1305 for all of you parts & accessories.

Can I order your products online?

No.  We like talking to our customers, call us old fashioned. None of our in-store sales staff is on commisson so we like to help our customers get the product that's right for them and we can do this best when we have a conversation with our customers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and written Purchase Orders will be accepted from Municipal, State and Federal Government Agencies.

Do you offer financing?

Absolutely.  Please ask your sales representative for our great financing options.

Can I return an item?

Yes. However, no returns are accepted without a Return Good Authorization (contact LH Jones to obtain the RGA). And, a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. There are no returns after 30 days and absolutely no return on electrical parts.

We’re open 24/7 via our internet store and:

• Friday 7:30a-6p
• Saturday 8a-12n

Usually during the winter our Morgantown, WV store is open later so please call.
