How can I become a VIP member?
Easy. Ask about it with your new equipment purchase.
How much does VIP cost?
It actually saves you money, it doesn't cost you money. But, there is an upfront fee depending on the equipment you purchase. Prices typically range from a 2 year VIP Plan for a small tailgate spreader costs $99 to about $599 for a 5 year VIP Plan for a commercial mower or snowplow. Ask you sales represetative for details.
How much can I save by being a VIP Member?
Easily thousands of dollars. Discounts on parts and service are just the beginning. VIP will dramatically reduce your equipment downtime and the potential savings or increase in business can be immeasurable.
Can I enroll more than one piece of equipment?
Yes. Multiple pieces of equipment purchased from LH Jones are eligible for the VIP program.
If one piece of equipment I own is covered under VIP, is all of my equipment covered?
No. VIP is specific to the piece of equipment that you purchased from LH Jones.
What is FAST LANE Service?
FAST LANE Service lets you jump to the “front of the line” when your equipment needs service. When your VIP covered equipment needs service you’ll get fast tracked in our service department to get you in and out quickly saving you time and money by decreasing your downtime.
If I buy a used unit that was enrolled in the VIP program by someone else do I get VIP too?
No. Only the original purchaser of the plow or spreader is eligible for VIP.
If I transfer my VIP enrolled plow or spreader to another vehicle is it still covered?
Yes. The unit is covered as long as you own it. However, VIP is not transferable to another person.
Can municipal agencies enroll in VIP?
Yes! LH Jones will contract out VIP services to municipalities on a case-by-case basis.
What if I buy a piece of equipment that you sell from another dealer?
Equipment purchased elsewhere is not covered by VIP.

* Plow oil change and inspection must take place prior to Nov 1 each year. Mower oil change and inspection must take place prior to April 1 each year. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange pre-season inspections. Appointments are required. LH Jones reserves the right to change, alter, update, rescind, add and/or remove services from the VIP program or terminate the program in its entirety at any time at LH Jones' sole discretion. No refunds or credits will be given for unused services. LH Jones reserves the right to limit quantities, suspend or revoke VIP services or the program in its entirety.
